At Maxifleur you can make a payment in two different ways, the traditional way (payment done by electronic money transfer from your bank account), or an online payment. All online payments (such as payments made via Maestro, Paypal or Credit Card) are handled securely through Ingenico, our external payment service. This is a renown company, has a reputation for being a very reliable party, and is also one of the biggest providers of online payment processes and transactions.

The orders for artificial plants and trees are collected in our central warehouse. Because of the large size of the packages (especially with trees) we use the services of reputable companies such as DPD, Dachser and DHL.
Orders of artificial plants will be, most often, delivered within 5 workdays after your payment has been received. You will be kept informed of your order process in the meantime.
Should you not be home at the time of delivery, the delivery service will try to deliver your order in a second attempt. If this fails as well, the package will be sent to the nearest DPD parcelshop where you need to pick it up yourself.

Because external partners handle the shipping and delivery of orders, it is not possible for us to give the exact time of delivery.
Larger orders with trees and plants are usually transported on pallets. Should this be the case, we kindly ask you to contact our sales department so that we can calculate a special transport fee for you.
