Delivery
The orders for artificial plants and trees are collected in a central warehouse. Because of the large size of the packages (especially with trees) we use the services of reputable companies such as DHL and Dachser.
Because external partners handle the shipping and delivery of orders, it is not possible for us to give the exact time of delivery.
Larger orders with trees and plants are usually transported on pallets. Should this be the case, we kindly ask you to contact our sales department so that we can calculate a special transport fee for you. You can reach us at: 0122 379 0084.
