In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied after receiving your order, it is possible to return the product in its original box within 14 days.


TO RETURN YOUR ORDER, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:

Ready to ship

Please make sure the plant is tied up again in the original box. Attach the invoice to the package so that the package will be seen as a return and there will be no extra costs for customs and clearance charges. Inform the parcel shop the return is a ‘Return Goods Relief’.

Bring to a DPD shop

Bring your parcel to a DPD parcel shop. Here you can find the nearest DPD parcel shop or you can return the package yourself with a carrier of your choice.

Refund

After we have received your package in good condition, we will refund the purchase within 14 days.


Return policy:

Do one or more products not meet your expectations? You have the right to return items you are not fully satisfied with. A reflection period of 14 days applies, during which you have the right to return the received articles without any obligation. Maxifleur hereby follows the European return law, which corresponds to this reflection period of 14 days.


The costs and risks of the return are the responsibility of the buyer. In case of a defect, please contact our Sales Team immediately. We accept returned items under the condition that they are - if reasonably possible - in original condition and factory packaging. Please note that items custom-made especially for you are excluded from this.

 

Returning pallet shipments

We can collect pallet shipments from you. Depending on the situation, there are costs involved. If you want to return a pallet or a larger box (over 180cm), please contact us. You can do this via the contact form or you can call 0122 379 0084


Exchange

If you wish to exchange one or more products, for example because you want a larger or smaller size of a product, you must first return the concerning product. After we have received it in good order, we will refund the purchase price of what you have returned. In case you return the complete order, we will also refund any shipping costs of this shipment. Meanwhile, you can order the correct size of your product via the webshop.

 

You can also exchange the products in the showroom. Any price differences can be topped up or paid back in the showroom. Remember to print out your order confirmation and bring it with you.


Warranty

Maxifleur understands the importance of quality and reliability, and we strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. This means you are entitled to a legal guarantee; in practice, this means a good product.


Did you incorrectly use a product, or did you put the product outside while it is an indoor artificial plant? Has the product been improperly maintained or have you damaged the product, causing it to break down? Then you are not entitled to a free repair, a new product or a refund. Have you used the product normally but it has simply worn out? Then you are not entitled to a free repair either.
